JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- The Campbell County Regional planning commission met Thursday evening approving several business items including minor lot combinations, minor lot subdivisions and the abandonment of a right of way.

A minor lot subdivision for Nathan and Lindsay Thomas on Hunters Branch Road was approved, as was a minor lot subdivision on Brown Drive for Brenda Seivers. 

Next approved were two boundary division surveys for the Fields Development Company on Deerfield Way and another on South Chapman Road. 

A minor lot combination was approved for Joseph Misson on Norris Point Road. 

A minor lot consolidation for Andrew and Leah Ditmer on Mill Lane was approved. 

Another minor lot consolidation was also approved for Kingston and Company on Chapman Village Lane.

In final business, planning commission members approved a right of way abandonment request for Stephen McGee on Legends Lane.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-09/06/2024-6AM)
