 JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- The Campbell County Regional planning commission met Monday evening approving multiple minor lot subdivisions. 

First approved was a minor lot subdivision for Jennifer Norman on Cumberland Crest Road.

According to County Planner Jordan Rockwell, it is just taking three lots into two and he recommended approval. 

Also approved was a minor lot subdivision for Jeffrey Heisey on Perry Smith Lane.  Rockwell said this was making two lots into one and recommended approval. 

A minor lot subdivision was approved for Randy Baird on Pinecrest Road.

Multiple minor lot subdivisions were approved by the county planning commission on Monday evening. Pictured is Planning Commission Chairman Rusty Orick and County Regional Planner Jordan Rockwell.

A minor lot subdivision for Brad and Beth Uram on Hiawassee Drive was also approved on the recommendation of the county planner. This is combining two lots into one and was also recommended for approval. 

The planning commission approved a minor lot subdivision for Charles Botts on Pine Hollow Road. Everything is in order, except it is currently waiting on a soil test result to be signed off on by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation. The approval was contingent upon TDEC signing off on the test.

A minor lot subdivision was approved for Jerry and Brandi Hatmaker on Perry Smith Lane on Rockwell’s recommendation. 

A minor lot subdivision for Travis Bowling on Melvin Hollow Road was approved. 

The County Regional Planning Commission met Monday evening approving multiple minor lot subdivisions.

Also approved was a minor lot subdivision for Alana Daughtery on Pinecrest Road. She is basically combining two lots into one. It was approved contingent upon the septic permit being signed.

Final business approved was a minor lot subdivision for the Overlook Bay Subdivision on Bridle Way. It is just “moving a lot line” according to the surveyor.  This is also contingent on TDEC signing off on it as well.
