Charles Herman Irwin, age 78 of Andersonville, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. He was born on January 27, 1946 to the late Woodrow Wilson Irwin and Claire May Rose Irwin. He was a simple man who enjoyed chewing tobacco and watching wrestling. He loved his family dearly and will be missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by several siblings; and grandchildren, Joshua Troy Moore, and Justin Ray Moore.

He is survived by: children, Charles Irwin and wife Grace, and Angela Irwin; grandchildren, Casey, Colson, KK, Lakelee, and Aubree; and other family and friends.

The family is planning a Celebration of Life for a later date.
