CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF)- The Town of Caryville Board of Mayor and Aldermen meets tonight for its regular monthly workshop.

The board has previously talked about the town’s website, tonight it will continue the discussion. The board will also discuss IT with GAMA Network Solutions, LLC.

A discussion about the collaboration with Codes Enforcement/Building Inspector Lisa Crumpley and the fire department is on the agenda.

Last month at the regular monthly meeting the board and mayor discussed the $500,000 CD the town has at Builtwell Bank that is scheduled to mature on Feb. 11. The board will need to make a decision if it wants to renew the CD or not.

Also on the agenda is the purchasing policy, a copier in the library, repairing playground equipment and approving an updated zoning map.

Amending the annual operating budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025, in State Street Aid $3,500 is on the agenda. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-02/10/2025-6AM)
