Carolyn Sue (Wallace) Bruce, age 72 of Andersonville

Carolyn Sue (Wallace) Bruce, age 72 of Andersonville, passed away at home on April 26, 2026. She was born on December 22, 1953, to the late Ulis Wallace and Anges (Poore) Wallace. She was a member of Grace Point Baptist Church in Clinton. Carolyn enjoyed going to yard sales and looking at antiques.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son Jason Bruce; grandson Isaac Bruce; brother Jerry Wallce; sisters Elizabeth Burris, Shirley Goodman, Lisa Wallace, Kathy Jane, and Louise Swatzell.

Carolyn is survived by her loving husband of 50 years Johnny Bruce of Andersonville; son Michael Bruce of Andersonville; grandson Justin Bruce of Briceville; sisters Mary Maiden of Andersonville and Sharon Suttles of Clinton; special niece Kathy Raines; and several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be from 12:00-1:00 PM on Friday, May 1, 2026, in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home, with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 PM with Rev. Sampson Ridenour officiating. Interment to follow the funeral service at Woodlawn Cemetery.
