Car versus tree early Wednesday, driver shaken, but OK

River Road at Jacksboro is where the mishap occurred

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- Just before 4:30 Wednesday morning is when a late model sedan left River Road and struck a tree.

The incident ended up off the roadway where the four door car hit a tree prompting the driver’s side air bag to deploy.

In the 500 block of River Road, less than two miles from the Towe String Road intersection, is where the wreck happened.

The driver, shaken, but OK, refused medical attention.
