Veterans Day Parade 2023

LAFOLLETTE, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF)- The Campbell County Veterans Day Parade Committee is seeking volunteers to help make this year’s parade a memorable tribute to our nation’s heroes. The parade will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 2pm in La Follette.

We encourage the community, businesses, and organizations to participate in the parade by:

  • Building military-themed floats: Show your support for our veterans with creative and patriotic displays.
  • Volunteering to walk the Home Town Hero banners: Help us honor local veterans by carrying their banners in the parade.
  • Driving veterans in the parade: Provide transportation for our veterans so they can be honored in the community they served.
