NASHVILLE, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF)- On Wednesday, Kevin Walden, former director of the Campbell County Veterans Affairs office and retired U-S Air Force veteran, opened the Tennessee House of Representatives session in prayer.

Walden was the guest of and introduced by State Representative Dennis Powers.

After his retirement, Kevin served as Youth Pastor at Jellico Church of God and is now the current commander of the Jellico Honor Guard.   1. Kevin is deserving of every award possible. He worked with me for years and never gave up until I received every VA benefit that he thought I had earned. Way to to go, Kevin.
