JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- The Campbell County Board of Education met Tuesday evening to approve the Director of Schools Jennifer Fields’ evaluation report. Prior to the regular scheduled meeting, BOE members held a four-minute special-called meeting to receive the evaluation results.
Overall, Fields received a grade of 3.0 and was “at expectation.”
According to BOE Secretary Gail Parks, there was 100 percent participation in the evaluation with all ten board members turning in evaluation reports.
During the special-called meeting, Parks reported the scores.
Board of education member Brandon Johnson said he was disappointed how some board members had just given mostly 1’s across the board and 4’s and 5’s across the board.
