Azalee Evans, age 93, of LaFollette, TN went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 16, 2025. She was a longtime member of Forks Grove Baptist Church. Preceded in death by Husband: Ulyss Evans, Son: Ricky Evans, Parents: Gillus and Ida Boruff, Grandchild: Faith Evans, Great-Grandchildren: Justin Lee and Jennifer Marie Bailey, Blake Ivey, Brothers: Robert Boruff and Emory Boruff.

Survived by:

Daughter: Carol Evans

Sons: Franky Evans, Lynn and Tanya Evans

Daughter-in-Law: Debbie Evans

Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. 

Family will receive friends 12-1 PM Thursday, March 20, 2025, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 1 PM in Cross-Smith Chape, Rev. Ronnie Poston officiating. Interment to follow in Baird Cemetery.
