Audie Thomas Long, age 63, of LaFollette, passed away Sunday, October 20, 2024. He was of the Baptist faith. He loved the woods and lake, hunting, and fishing. He retired from the U.S. Army after 14 years. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Charles and Margaret Wilder Long, and his Father-in-Law, Mitchell Henegar.

Wife: Debra Henegar Long

Sons: John Thomas Long, James Robert Long and Andrew Jackson Long

Grandson: Eli Long

Brother: Rick Long and wife Christine

A host of nephews, nieces, and other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 7 PM in Cross-Smith Chapel, with Rev. Danny Wilson officiating. The family and friends will meet at 10 AM on Wednesday, October 23rd, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home and proceed to Goins-Sweat Cemetery for an 11 AM Interment with Military Honors given by the Jellico Honor Guard.
