Arville Boshears, age 76, of LaFollette passed away Thursday, August 28, 2025. He was a member of Coolidge Ridge Baptist Church and a retired coal miner. Preceded in death by Wife: Mary Hatmaker Boshears, Son: James Boshears, Grandson: Daniel Boshears, Parents: George and Lucy Lawson Boshears, Brothers: Bill Boshears, Lonnie Boshears, and Arnold Boshears, Sister: Juanita Hatmaker.

Daughter: Crystal (Jonathan) Roske

Sons: Randy (Sherry) Boshears, Jeff (Regina) Boshears, Rodney “Tub” Boshears

Grandchildren: Brittney Taylor, Bobby Boshears, Tiffany York, Hailey Boshears, Dalton Boshears, Joseph Roske, Christine Roske, Lucy-Lou Roske, Jonathan Arville Roske, David Roske, Eliza Ruth Nelson

Great-Grandchildren: Haiden, Michella, Ryleigh Taylor, Landon, Alexa York, one on the way Rleey York

Sisters: Pamela Roberts, Diana Boshears

The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Sunday, August 31, 2025, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 7 PM in Cross-Smith Chapel, Rev. Roger Hatmaker Officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10 am on Monday, September 1st at Cross-Smith Funeral Home and proceed to Odd Fellow Cemetery for 11 am Interment.
