JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- Meet Amos. He is a nose to the ground kind of sniffer. He is ready to solve the latest crime scene, track the recent animal scent or just smell all the roses while on his walk with his new family. Amos is the sweetest of hound mixes, has a short brindle coat and is camera shy.
He is definitely intimidated by the shelter and needs a family to provide him with a comfy bed indoors with delicious food and affection. Once he has this welcoming environment, his tail will untuck and he will be content. Amos will definitely flourish and shower his family with kindness once he knows he is loved and can trust that his new home is a forever one.
Amos is approximately four years of age, loves kids and is being treated for heartworms. He is doing well with his treatment and doesn’t complain at all. So help this gentleman track his new companion’s scent straight into your heart. You can definitely be the one to show Amos that the end of the rainbow does have a pot of gold full of adventures with his new family.
A meet and greet with your current pup, if you have one, is always recommended.
