Jacksboro Fire and Caryville Volunteer Fire Departments battle the blaze

Firefighters kept the fire contained to one structure.

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- The call of a house fire came in to Central Dispatch Friday at 4:04pm.

Jacksboro and Caryville Fire Units responded.

Units with the Jacksboro Fire Department rolled to a home in the Sharps Acres area of Jacksboro. Within moments mutual aid was requested from the Caryville Volunteer Fire Department.

There were no injuries.

The home suffered significant damage.

Campbell County EMS was on standby at the scene as Jacksboro Police handled traffic control.
