JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – The following individuals were indicted by the Campbell County Grand Jury on Wednesday:

  • Gilbert Keller II- DUI, DUI over .08
  • Johnny Oaks Jr.- two counts of aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon
  • David Butler- resisting arrest
  • Daniel Hatfield- reckless aggravated assault, felony evading arrest, setting fire to personal property or land, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon
  • Trevon Gioieni- three counts of aggravated assault
  • Colin Monday – theft under $1,000
  • Lyndol Miller – DUI, DUI over .08
  • David Orick and Theresa Morgan – attempted auto burglary (Orick), auto burglary (Orick), theft under $1,000 (Orick), criminal impersonation (Morgan) (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/19/2019-6AM)
