WLAF’s Underwood also graduates from TCAT Thursday

CAMPBELL COUNTY, TN (WLAF)- Thursday’s graduation was also a momentous occasion for WLAF journalist Charlotte Underwood, who has spent the past two years attending the Power Sports Program at the Technical College two days a week. Underwood said the experience had been a “surreal one” as she navigated working full time and learning “more about repairing motorcycles and small engines than she had ever known before.”

“The experiences I have had at TCAT Jacksboro have been inspiring and will stay with me for the rest of my life. I went into the program knowing I was going to learn a lot, but what I didn’t realize was that I would make so many life-long friends along the way. TCAT Jacksboro is so much more than a technical school – it is a lifeline, a way up and out to launch yourself into the world for many of its students and even more than that, it is a place where they treat you like you are family. I can’t say thank you enough to my instructors and to everyone at TCAT for all they have done for me over the past two years, a time which has flown by way too fast.” Underwood said.
