Mickey Lynn Kidwell, age 61, of LaFollette

Mickey Lynn Kidwell, age 61, of LaFollette, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 23, 2026.

Mickey was born on June 18, 1965, in Baltimore, Maryland, to Albert and Pat Kidwell. He was a devoted husband and a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. Mickey will be remembered for the love he had for his family and the special place he held in the hearts of those who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Kidwell; brothers, Anthony Kidwell and Mark Kidwell; and nephew, Matt Kidwell.

Mickey is survived by his beloved wife of 27 years, Marilyn “Kay” Adkins Kidwell; his mother, Pat Kidwell; brother, James Kidwell and wife, Mary; sisters, Leacha Sharp and husband, Denny, and Angie Taylor and husband, Eddie; sister-in-law, Sylvia Kidwell; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Mickey’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him. His family will forever cherish the years they were blessed to share with him.

At Mr. Kidwell’s request, no services are planned.
