Judy Dee Bloom, age 71 of Rocky Top, Tennessee passed away on August 6, 2026, at her residence. Judy was born on October 16, 1954, in Harlan, Kentucky to the late James Albert Lively and Lula Kathrine Jarvis Lively. Judy was of the Baptist Faith. She loved taking naps, cruising and going on drives. Judy is preceded in death by her parents.

Daughters  Amber Jo Ragsdale of Rocky Top and Aubrey Nicole Bounds of Cincinnati, OH

Sister           Phoebe Rice of Rocky Top

Grandchildren   Ashley Farmer and Husband Cody, McKenzie Rose Byrge, Kaleb Michael Byrge, Myiah Madaris

Great Grandchildren   Avery Farmer, Peyton Farmer, and Cole Farmer
