“This position is necessary to ensure the continued Economic Development Success that our county has seen during my tenure. Specifically, my office, under the director of Randy Brown, is currently working with United Rare Earths and with East Tennessee Development District towards a grant to develop a grant for infrastructure for what will hopefully be the Campbell County Industrial Park. The main purpose of me recommending this change is to ensure continuity and the continued success of Campbell County.” (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-08/11/2026-6AM)
