CAMPBELL COUNTY, TN (WLAF) – Starting at 4pm on Monday afternoon, emergency responders were dispatched across Campbell County to three different emergencies.

Multiple LaFollette Fire units responded

There was a vehicle which went over the embankment on Demory Road near Cedar Hill Baptist Church and another on Eagle Rock Road in Jacksboro.

All the while, the call of a house fire near the LaFollette Post Office was dispatched.

It was an all hands-on-deck effort on Monday afternoon as firefighters combed the home for anyone as one firefighter had no option but to come out of a window after his oxygen supply ran low.

The Campbell County Rural Fire Service responded to Demory Road, while the Jacksboro and Caryville Fire Departments headed to Eagle Rock Road.

The firefighters with the LaFollette Fire Department were paged out to the house fire in the 1100 block of East Central Avenue.

The Campbell County Rural Fire Service provided mutual aid.

Firefighters with the CCRFS were dispatched at 2:29pm to this house fire on General Stiner Hwy at Speedwell providing mutual aid to Speedwell and Harrogate Fire Departments.

Chief Daniel Lawson and members of the CCRFS had just finished providing mutual at a house fire at Speedwell and answering a vehicle over an embankment call on Demory Road when they responded to the East Central Avenue fire.
