LAFOLLETTE, TN. (WLAF) -You’re invited to join Republican candidate for Tennessee House District 36, Noah Smith, for Coffee with the Candidate this Thursday morning at Katie’s Restaurant.
This is a great opportunity to meet Noah in person, enjoy a cup of coffee, and have an open conversation about the future of District 36. Whether you have questions about the campaign, want to discuss the issues affecting our community, or simply want to get to know your candidate, everyone is welcome to stop by.
As an airline pilot, Eagle Scout, former Campbell County School Board Vice Chairman, and graduate of the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business, Noah has built his campaign around the belief that elected officials should serve the people, not political careers or the political establishment.
One of the cornerstones of Noah’s campaign is his commitment to fighting for term limits and putting an end to career politicians. He believes public office is a position of service, not a lifetime occupation, and is committed to restoring accountability and ensuring government answers to the people of District 36.
Noah is proudly running on a conservative platform that includes standing with President Donald Trump and the America First agenda, defending our Second Amendment rights, protecting the unborn, supporting law enforcement, securing our elections, cutting wasteful government spending, eliminating the state’s 4% grocery tax, promoting economic growth, and protecting the values that make East Tennessee a great place to live, work, and raise a family.
Throughout the campaign, Noah has made it a priority to meet voters where they are by attending community events, visiting neighborhoods, and listening to the concerns of families across District 36. Coffee with the Candidate continues that commitment by providing a relaxed setting where meaningful conversations can take place.
