A Flood Watch remains in effect through this evening for Campbell County and our entire area. Scattered, slow moving storms with heavy rains, will continue to affect portions of East Tennessee and potentially SW NC and SW VA today. This could produce isolated flash flooding anywhere, but areas that have received heavy rains over the last two days are easiest to flood again and the greatest risk for heavy rainfall exists in southeastern Tennessee.
