La Follette Firefighters quick to extinguish fire, save home

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- Firefighters with the La Follette Fire Department answered the call of a kitchen fire around 11:30am Thursday.

The northbound lane of North Indiana Avenue was temporarily blocked as LFD units lined the street in the 100 block.

“A stove caught fire, and we were able to kept the fire from spreading,” said LFD Chief Jimmy Pack. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-07/02/2026-12:15PM)
