LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- The LaFollette Public Library concluded its Summer Reading program with a grand finale, a pizza party and splash park fun! In total, an amazing 2,892 books were read during the Summer Reading!

The LaFollette Library concluded its Summer Reading Program with a pizza party, splash pad fun and a presentation on Mountain Music from Tony Branam.

According to LaFollette Librarian Nancy Green, it was a “fabulous grand finale to our Summer Reading Program at LaFollette Public Library!”

“We had a special program on mountain music led by Tony Branam. When that was over, we gave prizes to the participants,” Green said.

Splash pad fun was had at the end of the LaFollette Library’s Summer Reading program. 

In total, 42 children won book bags and a t-shirt. All children won prizes! 

The LaFollette Library concluded its Summer Reading Program with a pizza party and splash pad fun.

“We finished out with a pizza party, followed by a splash pad party.  It was a wonderful ending to a perfect and highly successful Summer Reading program! A total of 2,892 books was read during the 4-week session!” Green said. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-07/02/2026-6AM-PHOTOS SUBMITTED)
