The right lane on the Jacksboro bound side of the four lane was temporarily shutdown due to ponding of water around daybreak Sunday.

CAMPBELL COUNTY, TN (WLAF)- Steady and, at times, heavy rainfall through around 11am Sunday has created flooding as well as mud slides, downed trees and power outages; all scattered around Campbell County.

Ivy dale Road near Roberts Lane is washed out and impassible based on a report around 9:30am Sunday. Old Highway 63 at Red Ash has high water, near the third, one-lane bridge, according to a report at 11am.

A portion of Highway 90 is impassible, according to reports coming in to Central Dispatch.

Rain chances diminish through the rest of the day as flooding concerns remain.
