“Everyone is moving to Tennessee, two other states for lowest taxes, most freedom in the U-S’- Dennis Powers

NASHVILLE, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF)- At 8:14pm, on Thursday, April 23, The Tennessee General Assembly adjourned sine die and the 114th Tennessee General Assembly went into the record books.  

There were many accomplishments, but the biggest one of all, the one that is the most important in the Tennessee Constitution, is that it adjourned with another balanced budget.  Tennessee has no debt, a rainy day fund and continues to pay its way as it goes.

Tennessee is once again on the road to prosperity and leads the nation in many different categories including fiscal responsibility, election integrity, and such. “Everyone is moving to Tennessee, Texas and Florida because we have the lowest taxes and most freedom in the United States,” Powers stated.
