Car flips onto its top Tuesday morning

Driver, passengers fled the scene

TURLEY, TN (WLAF)- Emergency vehicles made their way to the Turley community around 9:30 Tuesday morning on a car-on-its-top call.

The scene was along old Highway 63 above Turley, not far from Exit 141 of I-75. The car rolled off the roadway ending up about five feet down the side of the road.

“No one was in the car when we rolled up,” said Caryville Volunteer Fire Department Chief Eddie Hatmaker.
