This is one of three warning sirens that will sound on March 11 at noon. This horn sits above Fire Station 1 at the corner of Beech and Tennessee.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- The La Follette Fire Department will be testing its emergency sirens next week on Wed., Mar. 11, at noon.

This test will run for approximately five minutes to 10 minutes. “Please do not be alarmed. This is only a test,” said LFD Chief Jimmy Pack.

These warning sirens are positioned at each City of La Follette Fire Station. All three will sound simultaneously.

The gray-ish colored horns sit atop poles way above Station 1 at the corner of Tennessee Avenue and East Beech Street in Downtown, Station 2 on the four lane across from Tim Short Ford on the west end and east side Station 3 near La Follette Middle School on Fire Rescue Lane.
