1. Council to accept the resignation of David Chambers.
2. Council to discuss open Council seat.
3. Council to approve second reading of Ordinance NO: 2025-10 amending the General Fund annual operating budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025 and Ending June 30, 2026 in the amount of $2,900.00 for Christmas Bonuses.
4. Council to approve Ray Varner Ford invoice in the amount of $5,056.30 to repair the 2017 F-250 for the Street and Sanitation Department.
5. Council to approve first reading of Ordinance NO: 2025-11 amending the General Fund annual operating budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025 and Ending June 30, 2026 in the amount of $6,000.00 for Public Works equipment repair and maintenance.
6. Council to approve first reading of Ordinance NO: 2025-12 amending the “zoning map of the Town of Caryville, Tennessee” by changing the zoning for property on Bruce Gap Road from R-1 low density residential to R-2 medium density residential.
