Cougars prepping for Powell, season’s final road game

WLAF sends you radio only coverage on Friday of Campbell at Powell in Region 3-AAAAA contest

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- The Campbell County Cougars returned to the practice field Tuesday afternoon as Powell week continues. The Cougars travel to Powell on Friday night to take on another Region 3-AAAAA opponent, the final road game of the season. Campbell has played five of its first seven games away from Reynolds Field.

The Panthers are 5 & 0 while Campbell is winless through six contests. Kick-off is set for 7pm Friday. WLAF has all the live radio only coverage beginning at 6:30pm.

For the 15th season, Les Martin, and Brent Allen send you the coverage of Cougar Football over the WLAF Doyle’s Tire Sports Network. The network spans ten WLAF media platforms. However, this week’s game is a radio only broadcast, and you can listen live Friday night over WLAF TV-1089 on Comcast-Xfinity, 1450wlaf.com via the Lindsay’s Carpet & Paint Center video player, WLAF Radio AM 1450 & FM 100.9 and Amazon Alexa.

All the coverage begins with The Bullock Law Firm Countdown to Kick-off at 6:30pm. Former Cougar Jake Miller joins Martin and Allen this season as the Cougars sideline reporter. Kick-off for this region game between Campbell and Powell is 7pm.
