CTE students had great showing at Tennessee Valley Fair

‘CTE students and teachers are doing great things’- Traci Chambers, CTE Supervisor

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- Career Technical & Education, CTE, is thriving at Campbell County and Jellico High Schools.

“We (CTE) had a great showing at the Tennessee Valley Fair. Several different Programs of Study participated, and many of them placed in the competitive events,” said Traci Chambers, CTE Supervisor.

There is a focus on students obtaining Industry Credentials that they can use in the real world, according to Chambers. OSHA 10 is one example of an Industry Credential that a student might earn.
