Mildred Riggs, age 92, of LaFollette passed away Sunday, September 7, 2025. She was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Preceded in death by Husband: Donnie Riggs, Parents: Frank and Mary Jane Smith Kunkel, and Brothers and Sisters.

Family and friends will meet at 1 PM on Friday September 12, 2025, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home and proceed to Powell Valley Cemetery for 2 PM Graveside Service and Interment.
