Suit alleging codes not followed

LAFOLLETTE, TN. (WLAF)- A recent court filing has pitted a former LaFollette Councilman against the city and one of its employees. Attorney Ameesh Kherani filed the suit on behalf of Bryan St. John.

This week, St. John lodged the suit against the city and Casey Boshears, Director of Public Works. St. John alleged Boshears hasn’t maintained a section of land near St. John’s property, and the city has failed to enforce its own codes.
