Grand opening at new location coming soon

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- It’s “Where science meets self-care”. Check out ReFuel IV and “experience the power of IV therapy to boost your energy and wellness.”

The business is locally owned and was founded by co-owners Timmy Zupancic, Raewyn Snodderly (in front) and Rissa Pryse.

ReFuel IV opened in August of last year and is close to celebrating its one-year anniversary and will soon be in its new building at 2226 Jacksboro Pike Suite 4 in LaFollette, Pike Place across from Woodson’s Mall.

The business offers a wide range of wellness services, including IV vitamin infusions, a variety of injections, and a relaxing spa experience.  Services are “designed to meet the unique needs of each individual.” New services such as infrared sauna experience, cold plunge and sauna, and a full-time chiropractor will be on staff as well.

Zupancic comes from the fitness industry and his “partners have been working in healthcare on the pharmacy side for the last couple of decades.”

“So, we took the gaps we saw whether it was in fitness or nutrition and then pharmacy taking the holistic care approach and decided to come up with ReFuel IV. It started as sort of a niche industry for this area with the lake and with the heat,” Zupancic said.

The business started off very small, doing mobile pop-up events only.

“We were working out of the Terry’s Pharmacy storage closet keeping supplies in there and then working out of the ReFuel IV van doing mobile events only,” Zupancic said.

After about a month, the business grew to need more space, and a location was secured in Woodson’s Mall.

Fast forward about 11 months later and the business has already outgrown its current location in Woodson’s Mall and is preparing to move to its new location next to Dunkin Donuts and Jersey Mike’s Subs. According to Zupancic, they should be in the new location by mid-August.

With this move comes additional therapy options at the new location including a full-time chiropractor, an infrared sauna room and more.

According to Zupancic, the growth and support of the company’s customer base has been “fantastic.”

“They have given us the opportunity to move from the Terry’s Pharmacy closet to a small location of about 800 square feet and now we are moving into about 2,500 square feet and all within a year and all the thanks for that goes to our supporters and our customers,” Zupancic said. He said the hope was for the business to continue growing and in the future, there will be “multiple ReFuel IVs throughout the southeast.”

The ReFuel IV team of medical professionals “has years of experience in their respective fields and are constantly updating their skills to stay up to date with the latest medical advancements. “

Different IV drips include everything from basic general hydration to full body wellness, weight loss, women’s beauty, GI health and more.

It takes about an hour to receive an IV drip, during which time, you sit in a massage chair and relax. Patient safety is a number one priority at ReFuel IV and their team of infusion specialists are licensed Registered Nurses who are specifically educated on all health and drug interactions with our services approved by the ReFuel IV’s medical director. 

What is Vitamin IV Therapy?
