JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- It was a fairly warm, breezy, and sunny day on Saturday at Brown Archer Field where the Campbell Cougars baseball squad hosted the Hancock County Indians.

The Adam Ellison led Cougars entered on a two-game winning streak and had already surpassed last year’s win total. Saturdays’ game proved to be a nice tune-up before district play.
Campbell cruised to a 10-0 run rule victory.
Braydon Gosnell, with a five inning shut out pitching performance was a Mills Door and More Player of the Game. Rylan Rice also gained Player of the Game honors with an inside-the-park home run.

Campbell now looks ahead to district play as Central comes to town Monday at 5:30. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-03/24/2025-6AM)
