It’s a frosty start to Friday with temperatures in the 20s

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- We’ll see some sun today but mostly clouds as temps top out at the average high for a Dec. 13, 49-degrees. A slow warming trend begins for the upcoming weekend as temps in much of Campbell County stay at freezing or a shade above Friday night.

The rain-free pattern runs through Saturday and through much of Saturday night. Expect a partly sunny Saturday with a high of 54 and then a low of 41. Strong gusty winds in the mountains and foothills are likely Saturday night into the first half of Sunday as rain develops after midnight Sunday morning.
