Benefit singing Sunday for family burned out of their home

Members of the Gibson family were left with only the clothes on their backs

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- Here on the doorstep of the holiday season, the Gibson family has lost their home and all their belongings. Their Murrayville home went up in flames on Saturday, and they are now searching for a place to live for two adults and three children.

Pastor Bo Freeman and the congregation of Calvary Baptist Church are hosting a benefit singing for the Gibson family on Sunday at 6pm. The Trio Singers, the Botts Family and others will perform. A collection will be taken for the family. The church is on West Beech Street behind JR’s Tires.
