LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- Two Jeeps collided on the four lane at Hunters Branch Road with one Jeep almost going over an embankment.

La Follette Firefighters were able secure this Jeep to keep it from going over the embankment down to Old Jacksboro Pike.

Around 8:15am Thursday is when the mishap occurred. One driver was injured while the other ended up with a cut on his arm.

Jacksboro bound traffic was forced to exit the four lane onto Old Jacksboro Pike while La Follette bound traffic was down to one lane.

Emergency personnel had to temporarily shut down the four lane. Both Jacksboro bound lanes of travel, the shoulder and turn lane were closed.

The driver of this Jeep was injured.

La Follette bound traffic was down to the right lane of two lanes.

The driver of this Jeep suffered a cut to his arm.
