One mishap was in La Follette soon followed by another incident at Caryville
LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- Around 4:30pm Monday is when two cars collided in the heart of La Follette while at Caryville a motorcycle and a vehicle wrecked at 5:15pm. One person was injured in each accident.
On Elkins Road, between the four lane and the Gold Creek Foods entrance is where a vehicle and a motorcycle crashed into each other. The operator of motorcycle was injured and soon airlifted from the Caryville ball field enroute to a Knoxville hospital by way of a medical helicopter.
A two-year old child sustained injuries when two cars collided in the heart of Downtown La Follette. After the two cars, a Honda and a KIA, collided, the Honda struck the light pole where Central and Tennessee Avenues meet on the Peoples Bank of the South corner. The KIA ended up in the bank’s parking lot.
