Summer’s not ready to give-way to fall, hot 90s return

Dangerously hot conditions build as the week moves along. Record temps could fall.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- HOT weather arrives this week, and you’ll need to practice heat safety wherever you are. After pleasant weather last week, August restores its hot and muggy reputation this week beginning with a high of 91 today under a sunny sky.

Mainly rain-free conditions are here through much of the week. Increasing chances of showers and storms return Friday into the weekend.
