Chamber of Commerce and Tourism’s 39th annual pig roast is set for October 8

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- It’s not a pig roast without a pig, and the Campbell County Chamber of Commerce and Tourism is now accepting catering bids for its annual pig roast. The pig roast is coming Tue., Oct. 8, at 6pm, at Knobby Hill Farm, and all catering bids must be submitted by Fri., Sep. 6.

Pig Roast Catering Bid

The Campbell County Chamber of Commerce and Tourism is accepting bids for the Pig Roast that will be held on October 8, 2024, at 6 PM, at Knobby Hill Farm.

The Catering Bid should include the following items:

  • Dinner of Pork BBQ with 2 side dishes, dessert, and drinks for up to 225 people
  • Paper products, plates, cups, cutlery, and other utensils
  • All components of the bid will be itemized
  • Bid must include delivery fees, set up and clean up, and break down, necessary equipment, and support staff
  • If available, please include the cost of tablecloths and decorations with a description of items

Chamber membership is required. The Chamber reserves the right to waive any informality, or reject and any all bids.
