Eight individuals are involved
JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- Yesterday, a Campbell County Grand Jury returned the following indictments:
- Eric Matthew Adkins and Narvel Lee Adkins – maintaining a dwelling for drug use, possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Meth) with intent to sell, possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Meth) with intent to deliver, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, felony possession of drug paraphernalia
- Andy Dewayne Phillips – vandalism $1,000-$10,000, resisting arrest, evading arrest
- Any Dewayne Phillips – theft under $1,000
- Andy Dewayne Phillips – theft under $1,000
- Arlene Rachel Conrad- possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with intent to deliver, tampering with evidence, two counts of introduction of contraband into a penal facility
- Ashley Mae Rose- possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a schedule III controlled substance, felony drug paraphernalia
- Jennifer Lynn Hendley – public intoxication, simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Meth), simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Suboxone), simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Adderall), revoked due to DUI
- Darryl Jay Stanford – possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to deliver, two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, revoked for prior DUI
- Crystal Nicole Jones – aggravated burglary, child abuse and neglect in a child under 8 years, custodial interference
