The heat goes on; remnants of Hurricane Beryl on the way

Partly sunny Monday, high of 92, feels-like temp 100-degrees, chance of afternoon and evening showers and storms

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A typical summer time pattern continues through most of the week, with high temperatures in the 90s and a chance of afternoon showers and thunderstorms each day. Heat indices will be around 100-degrees today and tomorrow.

Isolated to scattered showers and storms areawide this afternoon and early evening.

Afternoon convection likely for several days this week, and remnants of Beryl will bring the best chances of rain to the region. But those remnants are likely  not enough to bust the drought. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 07/08/2024-6AM)
