LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A welcoming community turned out to meet Dr. Michael O’Brien on Tuesday morning at the La Follette Medical Center. Residents in Campbell County and those in neighboring counties no longer have to leave their community for orthopedic care.

With more than 25 years of experience, Dr. Michael P. O’Brien brings a wealth of expertise to Tennova Orthopedics – LaFollette. He is a graduate of the esteemed Saint Louis University School of Medicine, completed his surgical residency at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, Michigan, and served as a major in the United States Air Force during operation Enduring Freedom. Dr. O’Brien is well known for his proficiency in treating a wide array of orthopedic conditions, including knee joint injuries, bursitis, arthritis, and more.
