Memories and milestones at VA Clinic’s 10th anniversary

Steven Mayfield with the Campbell VA Clinic. Mayfield, retired Navy, is the last remaining member of the original VA Clinic crew from 2014. Prior to that, he served 20 years as a First Class Petty Officer with the U-S Navy. State Rep. Dennis Powers read a Proclamation from the Tennessee House Of Representatives in honor of the 10-yr.
