Occupants from both a sedan and SUV shaken up

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A Toyota sedan and Chevrolet SUV collided at the Big O’s Cumberland intersection (TOP PHOTO) just after 7:30 Friday evening.

This early evening accident drew a lot of attention.

The SUV came to an uncontrolled stop in the right Jacksboro bound lane of the four lane under the traffic light at Dossett Road. The sedan went up and partially over an embankment near the Taco Bell. Traffic was forced into the left lane backing up for the better part of a mile.

Campbell Sheriff’s Deputies were first on the scene quickly followed by La Follette Police and Fire and Campbell EMS.
