He won a Stihl weed eater and leaf blower, a $600 value, from Farmers Co-op

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Making out the name of the winner and his phone number from the little red ticket during the prize drawing last Friday at JR’s Tires was a challenge to say the least. Jeff Pace and I looked at the ticket and came up with the name Samuel Rio, but the phone number was a whole other story.

“I tried every combination of those numbers to get the phone number to work,” said Pace. Up in the morning on Monday, Pace called and said “I’ve got it!” One of those combinations of numbers rang Samuel Ridenour’s phone, and it was verified that he was the Samuel Rio we’d thought he was on Friday.

Ridenour laughed and said he’d never won anything before though he became a winner on Monday. He came away with a Stihl weed eater and leaf blower, a $600 value.

It’s a Dollywood package give-a-way for the month of June from JR’s Tires. Four tickets, fuel for the trip, free parking and Dolly Dollars. Stop by JR’s Tires and ask how you can have a chance to win.
