LAFOLLETTE, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF) – Sunday’s high of 80 will be a distant memory when temps plunge to 27-degrees on Tuesday night and wind chills hit the teens by Wednesday morning.

* WHAT…Sub-freezing temperatures in the 20s to lower 30s.

* WHERE…Portions of Campbell County, east Tennessee, southwest North Carolina and southwest Virginia.

* WHEN…From late Tuesday night through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS…Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
