JACKSBORO, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF) – The Campbell County Sheriff’s Office has released the statistics for the department’s September activity as it continues to protect and serve.

During the month of September 2023:

Miles patrolled: 39,734 (August 48,790)

Calls for Service: 843 (August 1,078)

Civil Process: 211 (August 269)

Assisted Motorist: 92 (August 118)

Property Checks: 887 (August 1,491)

Arrests: 34 (August 51)

Citations: 10 (August 9)

Incident Reports: 53 (August 103)

Crash Reports: 17 (August 20)

Funeral Escorts: 33 (August 31)

There were 208 (August 206) bags of litter picked up across 32 miles of roadway.
