This La Follette home was the scene of an undercover investigation.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Undercover buys of Meth by Campbell County Sheriff’s Investigators prompted the execution of a narcotics search warrant on Wednesday morning at the La Follette home of Vincent and Samantha Cerio.

At 11am Wednesday, CCSO Deputy Franklin Ayers executed the warrant at 104 Church Street in La Follette. In a search of the master bedroom, where the couple was sleeping, Ayers located a purple box that contained a crystal rock-like substance thought to be Methamphetamine, according to the report from the sheriff’s office.

Two sets of digital scales and several small unused bags, which are generally used for the sale of illegal narcotics, were discovered, the report said. Three cell phones along with a food stamp card was also inventoried. Det. Sgt. Joe Hopson told Ayers that he purchased Meth from both Vincent and Samantha Cerio.
